How it Works
The concept behind the Telarus Agent Program is shown in the flow cart below:
Telarus Lead Generators (agents who specialize in marketing and lead generation)
drive search engine traffic towards GeoQuote (telecom service leads) and
VARSearch (telecom equipment leads). The service leads are routed to you on a quasi-round-robin
basis. Service leads that are derivatives of equipment leads sent to your VARs are routed to
you 100% of the time. Lastly, you can post your specialties on our SME Board (Subject Matter
Expert) so other agents can partner with you on certain deals where your expertise is needed.
Likewise, you can also bring in other agents on your deals if you need extra help. Our system
tracks your relationships and splits up the commission however you see fit (with as many people as you
want).
Not only do Telarus agents work as a team on closing sales, they also work together to
maximize each others bonuses. Since our carriers pay Telarus SPIFFs based upon the
aggregate number of sales made (and since Telarus passes through 100% of all SPIFFs),
each agent literally makes the other members of the agent community money when they
sell through Telarus. In recent months agents have increased the bonuses of their
commands by over 75%.
