Expanded Educational Opportunities
Did you know that advisors who engage with our educational programs book 29.6% more business than those who don’t? This is a testament to the immense value of our Learning & Development initiatives, where we saw nearly 3,000 live and virtual engagements. You engaged with these programs more than ever before in 2024. Here are some of the highlights:
- High-Intensity Tech Training (HITT) on our Tuesday Calls brought deeper insights into emerging trends for nearly 14,000 viewers this year.
- Live Virtual Events welcomed more ways to meet advisors where they are. We added multiple interactive learning experiences for our popular Gear Up and Anchor In learning tracks, with Ascend virtual programs following suit in 2025.
- Telarus University Impact translated to over 83 refreshed on-demand courses, supplemented by nearly 68 new supplier courses to meet advisors at every stage of their learning.

Learning and Celebrating Together at Partner Summit 2024
This year marked our biggest Telarus Partner Summit yet! From August 6 to 8 in Nashville, we celebrated your achievements and looked to the future with record-breaking attendance, inspiring keynotes on AI and cybersecurity, over 160 supplier experiences on the tradeshow floor, and standing-room-only education sessions. Together, we raised $20,000 for the Nashville Special Forces Association during a charity 5K.

We’re excited to introduce the Gateway Supplier Program, a contract vehicle that gives technology advisors access to an expanded portfolio of suppliers without relying on our standard support channels. This innovative program includes select suppliers who may not qualify for our full Portfolio Supplier Program but are eager to work with our advisors directly. Business Services and Tools Built to Go Beyond
Launched in Q1 2024, In the first quarter of 2024, Telarus Quote Experience is a comprehensive set of tools and services for technology advisors who need to specify communications solutions that best align with each customer’s unique needs. Quote Experience is designed for advisors who want flexibility and breadth in sourcing supplier offerings to be competitive in their sales opportunities.
In Q2, we added AI to the Quick Solution Assessment (QSA) lineup for SolutionVue. SolutionVue QSAs eliminate guesswork from initial customer discovery conversations and help you prescribe the best solutions in the channel, even in domains you don’t typically sell within. With the addition of the AI QSA, you can quickly qualify AI needs for customer experience, cloud, and generative AI needs.
Telarus Commissions Experience
We reimagined our commissions tool in Q3, making it easier to track, dispute, and resolve potential inaccuracies. Telarus Commissions Experience is an investigation service that identifies commission discrepancies, researches inaccuracies, and resolves disputes with suppliers to guarantee you receive the compensation you’ve earned. Commissions Experience minimizes your effort and worry, so you can focus on selling while having financial peace of mind. Advisors will continue to receive education throughout the new year to ensure you’re getting the most out of this valuable service.
