Getting the Most Out of Telarus’ Powerful Online Education Opportunities

For this week’s “Telarus Tools and Training” themed Tuesday Partner call, we were excited to welcome back Lela Yazbeck, Sr. Director of Learning and Development, Telarus, for a continued tour of Telarus University learning opportunities. This time, call participants learned how to take full advantage of Telarus University’s extensive online resources, the ideal complement to the in-person events.

1. Tips and tricks for successful enrollment and navigating your dashboard. Whether you’re a brand new partner or want to re-activate an existing account, Lela explains how to get up and running in no time to access all the incredible online content and certifications available to you. Your personal dashboard lets you easily filter courses and resources by technology solution, learning topic, supplier information, completion status, and more. 
2. How to decide between in-person and online learning. Telarus University is designed to meet you where you are. Lela discusses why a hybrid approach is the best way to optimize your education journey. While there’s nothing quite like live sessions and networking with peers, the on-demand options are an ideal way to reinforce in-person learning while also allowing you to stay up to date from the comfort of home on your own time.
3. Harvard courses are a click away (and did we mention – FREE?!).  In addition to all of the courses covering Telarus solutions, services, and tools designed to support novice through advanced technology levels, partners can also take advantage of business management courses offered through premiere third-party content creators like Harvard University and various supplier sponsors who greatly value partner education.
